At Infinity Classes, we aim to deliver high-quality education and ensure a great learning experience for every student. We understand that sometimes situations change, and you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are available only for paid courses purchased directly through Infinity Classes.

  • A request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • The course must not have been completed more than 20% at the time of the request.

  • Live classes, downloadable materials, test series, or one-on-one coaching sessions are non-refundable once accessed or attended.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • If you have already accessed most or all of the course content.

  • If you have violated our Terms of Service or engaged in misuse of the platform.

  • If the refund request is made after the allowed time window.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@infinityclasses.onlinr   with the following details:

  • Your name and registered email ID.

  • Course name and purchase date.

  • Reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Infinity Classes reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date.
